Obverse: Draped bare head bust of Julia Soaemias, mother of Emperor Elagabalus.
Reverse: Venus standing facing with head turned holding sceptre and apple.

Obv. IVLA SOAEMIAS AVG, Draped bare head bust of Julia Soaemias facing right. Rev. VENVS CAELESTIS, Venus standing facing with head turned left, holding sceptre in left hand and apple in right, planet Venus in field to left.
